Payment: For your convenience, we have arranged 3 methods of payment.

1) Pay into our bank account. Just click the 'add to cart' button next to the required product. Only seconds after you have submitted your order you'll already find our order confirmation in your mail box. This email will give you the link to the details of our bank account. If you make a bank transfer on-line we kindly ask you to mail us a copy.

2) Pay cash on delivery. Just click the 'add to cart' button next to the required product.

3) Pay by credit card: Just click the 'add to cart' button next to the required product. If you wish to pay by credit card you'll be taken to the secure server of PayPal. Payments made through PayPal are free, fast and secure. (Contrary to what some people believe, you MAY but do NOT HAVE TO sign up with PayPal if you want to make a purchase)

If you wish to pay by card you can do so with your Visa card, Master card, American Express, Discover or Aurora. If your credit card was issued in the UK the check out page will show in English but if your card was issued in Spain the check out page will come up in Spanish. 'Telefono' is 'Telephone' as you know but perhaps NOT all is obvious for everybody. We have therefore created a sample check out page which we strongly recommend you to read - better still - open this PDF file and PRINT IT OUT! Once you know how to do it it's easy but DO use our sample if you are NOT so experienced!

Delivery time: All orders (payments) received before 4.00 pm are normally delivered by courier the next day. (ex weekends and public holidays) If you live in a smaller town the delivery is 24/48 hours. If you want us to send your order by Express Mail it might take a day longer. The courier works for us but though Express Mail is fast we don't own the Spanish Post! If you live on one of the islands, please add another day. Certified mail is the cheapest option, it's secure and pretty fast as well!

Delivery area: Spanish peninsula plus the Balearic and Canary islands. Orders from the Balearics/Canaries are never send by courier. If in doubt, contact us first before you place an order please.

Choice of brand: We reserve the right to replace a certain brand cartridge by another if stock is low or the cartridges you ordered are out of stock. This rarely happens but if necessary we always replace the brand of your choice with another of equivalent or higher specification!

 Privacy Policy

When placing an order we ask for your name / address / phone number / email address. This is needed for us to be able to process your order and advise you of progress stage by stage. We NEVER ask for your Bank Account or Credit Card details. If you prefer to pay using your credit card you will be redirected to PayPal's secure payment page.

 Refund Policy

Faulty/defective ink cartridges and toners are replaced by EuroCartridge.eu free of charge within 12 months of the purchase date. We will do so upon receipt of the faulty/defective item(s). You may also request a refund of your payment minus the shipping charges and, if applicable, the COD charges. Once again this will be carried out upon receipt of the faulty/defective item(s). If you purchased Remanufactured cartridges our refund policy is different, please click here.

Guarantee: (Specifically for printers, cameras, mobiles etc) These products are fully covered by the manufactures guarantee for 1 year from date of purchase. If your printer, camera, mobile, etc turns it's back on you within the first year you are required to return it to the manufacturer. If you are NOT sure as how to handle this please contact us if you need help.
