 1. Prices 

All prices on our website are IVA (VAT) inclusive.

 2. Shipping charges 

You can chose any of these 5 options in the shopping cart:

Option 1: Certified Mail + Payment by Credit Card or Bank Transfer € 5.50

Option 2: Express Mail + Payment by Credit Card or Bank Transfer € 7.00

Option 3: Certified Mail + Pay on Delivery (COD) € 12.50

Option 4: Courier + Payment by Credit Card or Bank Transfer € 7.00

Option 5: Courier + Pay on Delivery (COD) € 10.00

 3. Payment 

For your convenience, we have arranged 3 methods of payment.

1) Pay into our bank account. Just click the 'add to cart' button next to the required product. Only seconds after you have submitted your order you'll already find our order confirmation in your mail box. This email will give you the link to the details of our bank account. If you make a bank transfer on-line we kindly ask you to mail us a copy.

2) Pay cash on delivery. Just click the 'add to cart' button next to the required product.

3) Pay by credit card: Just click the 'add to cart' button next to the required product. If you wish to pay by credit card you'll be taken to PayPal's check out page. Payments made through PayPal are free, fast and secure. (Contrary to what some people believe, you MAY but do NOT HAVE TO sign up with PayPal if you want to make a purchase)

If you wish to pay by card you can do so with your Visa card, Master card, American Express, Discover or Aurora. If your credit card was issued in the UK the check out page will show in English but if your card was issued in Spain the check out page will come up in Spanish. 'Telefono' is 'Telephone' as you know but perhaps not all is obvious for everybody. We have therefore created a sample check out page which we strongly recommend you to read - better still - open this PDF file and PRINT IT OUT! Once you know how to do it it's easy but DO use our sample if you are NOT so experienced!

 4. Delivery time 

All orders (payments) received before 4.00 pm are normally delivered by courier the next day. (ex weekends and public holidays) If you live in a smaller town the delivery is 24/48 hours. If you want us to send your order by Express Mail it might take a day longer. The courier works for us but though Express Mail is fast we don't own the Spanish Post! If you live on one of the islands, please add another day. Certified mail is the cheapest option, it's secure and pretty fast as well!

 5. Delivery area 

Spanish peninsula plus the Balearic and Canary islands. Orders from the Balearics/Canaries are never send by courier. If in doubt, contact us first before you place an order please.

 6. Privacy Policy in simple English 

When placing an order we ask for your name / address / phone number / email address. This is needed for us to be able to process your order and advise you of progress stage by stage. We NEVER ask for your Bank Account or Credit Card details.

What happens with the data you enter in the shopping cart?

These data (your name / address / phone number / email address) are send and stored on a secure web server.

When you place an order we receive these data from the secure web server. We will then prepare a shipping label and send your order.

The data on the secure web server is deleted asap.

We do NOT keep your data on this secure web server for any other reason than to process your order. It really is that simple!

 7. Privacy Policy (extended) 

Your individual rights.

Under the GDPR your rights are as follows:

Our website does NOT contain adverts, sponsored or affiliate links on any pages.

Under the GDPR we use the consent lawful basis for anyone explicitly subscribing to our newsletter or special offers. We do so by collecting your email address. Email marketing messages that we send do NOT contain tracking beacons or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Any email marketing messages we send are in accordance with the GDPR and the PECR. We provide you with an easy method to withdraw your consent (unsubscribe) or manage your preferences / the information we hold about you at any time.

We use cookies on this website for our shopping cart. We do this by placing a small text file on your device / computer hard drive to be able to process your order. These cookies are required to use the full functionality of this website. Without these cookies the shopping cart would not function.

We do NOT use any other cookies.

 9. Refund Policy 

Faulty/defective ink cartridges and toners are replaced by EuroCartridge.eu free of charge within 12 months of the purchase date. We will do so upon the receipt of the faulty item(s). You may also request a refund of your payment minus the shipping charges and, if applicable, the COD charges. Once again this will be carried out upon receipt of the faulty item(s).

The people behind EuroCartridge.eu run this website to make a living, it's as simple as that. We are also consumers, just like you and we all want to be treated with respect. We pride ourselves on our customer friendly service for the simple reason we can't stand poor service ourselves. We cannot assure you that the courier speaks English, that the postman will come today instead of mañana but believe us when we say we try very hard to win respect from all our customers.
